We’ve had a housing crisis for more than a quarter of a century. The crisis is now business as usual; an inevitable condition of our financial, social and planning system. How did we get here? What do we want housing to be in 25 years time? If we want to change it, we have to imagine it, and if we can imagine it, we can start to change it.
